The B-Series is an annual event put on by the dance department at Columbia College Chicago. As the producer, I found out about this event and started working on the pre-production. This included; crewing the shoot, getting talent release forms, reserving equipment, finding dancers to interview, shooting a little bit of b roll, and giving the editor notes in the post production process.
