For my midterm and final for my Brands and Branding class, I created a brand audit and plan for Disney! I chose Disney because it is loved by consumers around the world and of any age. They are a powerful company with great influence over their audience. Within the brand audit, I talked about the history of Disney, its brand archetype, why it exists, and more. We were asked to analyze five touchpoints, which are the interactions customers have with a brand. For the Final Brand plan, we were asked to develop new touchpoints for the brand in response to the pandemic. The purpose was to find new ways to connect with the audience and increase awareness. I really enjoyed this class and project as it got me thinking more about the importance of branding and the impact it can have on a consumer.
