I organized assessment scores from a formal assessment (Woodcock Johnson IV) that I administered to a special education student. I put the scores in a table format and organized the scores by cluster, then added a column for the standard score and for the percentile rank for each sub test.
I consistently use Unify, a website available through my school district to analyze data from district assessments for my students. I look at the data to do an item analysis for different questions and identify standards that my students struggle with. I use this data to guide my instruction.
