I worked with my mentor to develop a Restorative Chakra Series. Each week, the focus of a Restorative Yoga class was one of the seven major chakras. The sequence for each class was focused on opening up and drawing awareness to that week's chakra. Essential oils were also incorporated for added relaxation.
